Role Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Project Implementation Manager to lead the end-to-end deployment of our AI software solutions for financial institution clients. In this pivotal role, you will orchestrate complex implementation projects, from initial trial and testing phases through to successful go-live and ongoing post-deployment support. You will be the central point of contact for our clients, ensuring a seamless and successful implementation journey.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management & Delivery: Take full ownership of the entire software implementation lifecycle. This includes managing the trial and testing phases, overseeing the go-live process, and providing comprehensive post-deployment support. You will be responsible for ensuring that all project milestones are met on time and within budget.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison between our company and our valued clients. You will be responsible for managing client expectations, providing regular project updates, and ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned. Your ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively will be key to your success.
  • Technical Leadership: Translate complex business requirements into clear and concise technical specifications for our development team. You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that our software meets and exceeds client expectations. You will play an important role in providing ideas for product design and development.
  • Team Coordination: Foster a collaborative and high-performing project team environment. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining detailed project schedules, assigning tasks, and tracking progress. Your ability to motivate and lead a team will be essential.
  • Risk & Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and mitigate project risks related to technology, data, and timelines. You will be responsible for managing and resolving any issues that may arise, ensuring that the project stays on track and that all commitments are met.

Key Requirements

  • At least 8 year(s) of working experience as a Project Manager in the banking/finance/ software/ consulting field, ideally involving core banking systems, CRM, digital banking platforms, or client onboarding tools
  • Proven track record of project delivery within a banking and / or vendor environment (with a focus on private banking, wealth management)
  • Strong understanding of private banking processes & regulatory frameworks
  • Experienced in IT / software development lifecycle & AI implementation is an added advantage
