🧠 How You'll Contribute

  • Design and build end-to-end software systems, from database logic to front-end functionality
  • Take part in project teams or work solo on development efforts, depending on project needs
  • Mentor team members and help shape technical decisions
  • Analyze design documentation and produce reliable time estimates
  • Break down work and delegate development tasks when in a lead role
  • Stay informed on modern tools, libraries, and methodologies in web development
  • Balance priorities across several simultaneous engagements


🧬 What Makes You a Great Fit

  • At least 3 years of hands-on software development experience in a professional setting
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • U.S.-based professional references required
  • Experience with .NET Core and Blazor, using C# or VB.NET
  • Skilled in Visual Studio and working within a structured development environment
  • Strong knowledge of Entity Framework and MS SQL Server
  • Competency in writing stored procedures, optimizing queries, and designing relational databases
  • Must currently reside in the U.S. and be authorized to work without sponsorship
