Waiter

Role Overview

As a valued Waiter, you will be an ambassador of service excellence, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable fine dining experience. As part of our team in The Chedi Muscat, you'll work in an ONSITE environment where attention to detail and genuine hospitality are paramount. You will deliver impeccable customer service tailored for a luxury hospitality setting, assisting guests with professionalism and care during their stay.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests and ensure prompt, courteous service at all times
• Present menus, explain food and beverage options, and make recommendations as appropriate
• Accurately take guest orders and communicate special requests clearly to kitchen and bar staff
• Serve food and beverages meticulously in accordance with fine dining standards
• Handle billing procedures and operate POS systems with accuracy
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and adherence to hygiene and safety standards at all times
• Work collaboratively with team members to create a seamless guest experience
• Resolve guest concerns efficiently and professionally to ensure satisfaction
• Support special events and functions as needed, displaying flexibility and poise
  
  

Must Have Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality
• Excellent customer service and guest relations skills
• Fluent in English
