Product company SpaceWhale is looking for an HR Specialist to join our team
Requirements:
· 2+ years in HR Specialist /People Partner.
· Employee lifecycle: experience working across all stages of the employee lifecycle (onboarding and
adaptation, development and training, people management, engagement and retention, offboarding).
· Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for clear, impactful interactions with all levels of
the organization.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proactive and resourceful, with the capacity to address and
resolve HR challenges effectively.
· Openness to new ideas and willingness to implement best practices in response to changing industry
standards.
· Ability to visit the office at least 3-4 times per month for in-person collaboration and team meetings.
· English: Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
Responsibilities:
· Analyze current HR processes and introduce tools and practices that increase efficiency and support
organizational goals.
· Work closely with department heads to identify team needs, proactively address HR challenges, and
advise on best practices in employee motivation, engagement, and retention strategies.
· Plan, organize, and coordinate corporate events, including annual parties, team-building activities, and
other company celebrations to strengthen team bonds and promote a positive workplace culture.
· Guide managers and employees through the performance appraisal process, ensuring constructive
feedback and development plans.
· Manage the onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience for new hires, including orientation,
training, and early employee engagement.
· Conduct exit interviews, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to improve employee retention.
· Ensure that offboarding procedures are handled with sensitivity and professionalism.
· Play a proactive role in cultivating a positive and inclusive work environment aligned with the
company’s values.
