HR Analyst – Private Equity


My client is one of London’s most well established and successful mid cap PE firms.


An opportunity has arisen for a junior HR Professional with perhaps 1 or 3 years HR experience in a Financial Services firm (PE, HF, AM, IM or top bank) and an aptitude for HRIS.


This is a significant hire for the small HR team as the HR Analyst provides the oil enables the HR department to run smoothly.



The Role


· Maintain accurate HR records, data, and compliance documents.

· Oversee onboarding and offboarding — contracts, inductions, and leaver admin.

· Support payroll, benefits, and invoice processing.

· Act as Cascade HRIS super user and produce HR reports.

· Coordinate interviews and assessments when needed.

· Organise diaries, meetings, and travel for the Head of Talent.

· Prepare and proofread key reports and presentations.

· Help deliver engagement initiatives and HR projects.

· Track actions and priorities to keep HR running smoothly.

· Handle all information with discretion and professionalism.




The Candidate

· Ideally will have been in only 1 firm and have 1 – 3 years of HR experience in Investment Management, Private Equity, Asset Management or Fintech.

· Experience supporting senior management

· Experience with HRIS (Cascade a huge advantage)

· Proactive

· Flexible

· Detail orientated.

· Strong communication skills (written and oral)

· Very well organised



Unfortunately my client will not be sponsoring visa’s or accepting candidates who are not ILR or UK Passport holders. This includes Graduate Visa’s or any other type of visa.


This role is 4 days in the office and 1 working from home. Some weeks will be 5 days in the office (hence the flexibility needed)
