Technical Lead

We’re seeking a Technical Lead to drive technical excellence and lead a high-performing engineering team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll define the technical roadmap, mentor engineers, and deliver scalable, innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment.
• Define and execute the team’s technical strategy and best practices.
• Ensure high standards for code quality, reliability, and security.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to translate business needs into maintainable solutions.
• Champion AI-driven workflows to improve productivity and innovation.

Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years in Agile/Scrum environments with team leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of PHP, Laravel/Symfony, Nodejs, React and cloud platforms.
• Expertise in OOP, design patterns, and scalable architecture (e.g., microservices).
• Hands-on mentor with a focus on clean, maintainable code and innovation.
