About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to design, build, and optimize advanced AI-driven applications leveraging Azure Cloud and modern AI/ML frameworks. The ideal candidate will be passionate about integrating large-scale AI models into enterprise systems, ensuring performance, scalability, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI applications with a focus on cloud-based integration and optimization.
• Implement and enhance AI architecture patterns such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic RAG, MCP, Functional Calling, and A2A in Azure environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, and other Azure AI services.
• Develop and maintain scalable APIs and AI pipelines using Python, Java, and modern AI/ML frameworks.
• Work extensively with LangChain, LangGraph, Spring AI, LlamaIndex, Agno, TensorFlow, and Pydantic.
• Optimize AI workflows through prompt engineering, context engineering, vector database management, and embedding strategies.
• Evaluate, test, and improve model output and performance metrics to ensure the delivery of accurate, reliable AI systems.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI model architectures, cloud AI tools, and deployment practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in AI application development, focusing on model deployment, integration, and optimization.
• Strong proficiency in Python
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks i.e. LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Spring AI, TensorFlow, Agno, Pydantic etc.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud Services, especially Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Search.
• Deep understanding of RAG-based and Agentic AI architecture patterns.
• Familiarity with vector databases, real-time data integration, and embedding techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong focus on performance and scalability.
