On behalf of our client, we're searching for a 'product focussed' CTO to drive the next stage of innovation and grow including global expansion to the UK.

The Opportunity

You'll bridge cutting-edge defense technology with multi-customer product delivery as we expand internationally. This isn't about managing teams—it's about unifying capabilities, establishing product governance, and translating market intelligence into executable roadmaps.

You've Done This Before:

• Scaled defense or complex B2G software products into international markets
• Established product management discipline where only service delivery existed
• Built IP strategies and product pricing models from scratch
• Orchestrated across functional leaders through influence, not hierarchy
• Represented products at C-level with international defense customers

The Next 6-9 Months

Critical international expansion window ahead. You'll create the governance framework, bridge executive market knowledge to internal execution, and prove we can both win AND deliver multiple customers simultaneously.
