As a Human Resource Advisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the ANZ region, delivering HR coaching, driving recruitment strategies, and contributing to organisational development. This is a 6 month, fixed term opportunity for someone with a strong recruitment foundation and generalist HR experience who’s ready to take the next step in their career.

About the role:
Reporting to the HR Manager, you’ll:
- Provide HR generalist advice across performance management, ER/IR, and employee engagement.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes and support onboarding and offboarding.
- Interpret and apply employment legislation including the Fair Work Act, NES, Modern Awards, and EAs.
- Conduct workplace investigations and support leaders in managing sensitive employee matters.
- Maintain accurate HR records and contribute to reporting and compliance activities.
- Partner with leaders to identify capability gaps and support development initiatives.
About you:
- 1–2 years of recruitment experience (ideally white-collar roles in shared services/manufacturing).
- 2–3 years of generalist HR experience with exposure to ER/IR.
- Working knowledge of Australian employment legislation and industrial instruments.
- Strong admin skills and proficiency in HRIS systems, especially Workday.
- A HR degree or diploma, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn quickly.
- Availability to start ASAP.
