- Write clean code in Typescript using NextJS as the framework
- Architect database schemas for PostgreSQL database to efficiently store large amounts of data
- Be involved in conversations surrounding product and strategy
- A solid understanding of security, scalability, and efficiency for backend infrastructure
- Understanding of REST API's
- Hands-on experience with GitHub (pull requests, branches, commits...)
- Leadership experience, leading a team of 3+ engineers
- Backend experience using NestJS: 4 years+
- PostgreSQL: 4 years+
- Typescript: 3 years+
- Google Cloud Run, Google Cloud SQL, GCP: 2 years+
- Direct work experience with Product Managers/UX Designers
