In this role, you will be responsible for converting and maintaining mobile applications, integrating APIs, and delivering high-quality app experiences. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless development, while contributing to the full software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, fluent in English, and passionate about learning and improving their mobile development skills. Accountabilities
- Convert existing native iOS and Android applications to Flutter to simplify maintenance and updates
- Maintain, enhance, and optimize existing mobile applications
- Manage the full software development lifecycle, from requirement gathering to deployment
- Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs and implement new features
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices for source control, CI/CD, and unit testing
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver new app functionalities on schedule
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in mobile app development
- Strong hands-on experience with Flutter
- Experience with native iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and Android (Java/Kotlin) development is a plus
- Proficient in spoken and written English (Intermediate level or higher)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to continuous learning and skill improvement
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from USD $2,000 - $2,500 depending on experience and skillset
