Key Responsibilities:

• Deeply understand the business and customer needs.
• Assist in propagating the product vision across business areas.
• Contribute to the product vision, its definition, and business value.
• Partner closely with the Product Owner, supporting the creation and prioritization of the product backlog to maximize organizational value.
• Ensure alignment between business needs and deliverables, maintaining high quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.
• Collaborate in defining, analyzing, and validating key indicators to support decision-making and measure product success.

Main Requirements:

• Experience in Marketing and/or CRM.
• Experience as a Business Analyst / Product Analyst.
• Knowledge of Value Journey, Consumer Journey, and Customer Experience concepts.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in intercultural and cross-functional teams.
• Skills in communication, argumentation, influencing, and negotiation.
• Experience working with the Scrum Framework.
• Ability to synthesize and write user stories.
• Decision-making focused on the consumer.
• Organizational skills, focus, and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Bonus: Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud & Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Fluent English.
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Product Analyst.
• 1+ year of experience in Agile environments, with a clear understanding of Product and Agile methodologies.
• Bonus: Intermediate knowledge of Spanish and/or Portuguese.
