Position: Business Developer

Objective:

Drive the growth of Eccentric Labs’ on-chain deployment program by sourcing and converting high-potential blockchain startups from LATAM, Africa, MENA, and Southeast Asia. Leverage regional insights and structured outreach to expand our global footprint.

Responsibilities:

• Source mid-stage Web3 projects with strong technical foundations and on-chain potential;
• Establish partnerships with ecosystem players (VCs, accelerators, dev communities) across target regions;
• Manage structured outbound campaigns via LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and relevant dev platforms;
• Own the pipeline from discovery to warm hand-off to the technical/PM teams;
• Represent Eccentric Labs at online and in-person ecosystem events.

Profile:

• 2+ year in business development, partnerships, or ecosystem growth in the blockchain/Web3 sector;
• Deep familiarity with EVM-compatible ecosystems and smart contract tooling;
• Proven experience in outbound BD, with fluency using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and others;
• Cultural fluency and strong interpersonal skills for building trust across emerging markets;
• Comfortable working in a remote, async-first team;
• Fluent in English; Spanish, Portuguese, or French is a bonus.
