Assistant Project Manager

About the role

We’re looking for an Excellent English-speaking, structured, and curious operator to take work off the founder’s plate, keep teams aligned, and drive execution across projects. This is a long-term role with a clear growth path into PM/Business Development.

Location: Remote (LATAM time zones)

Compensation: competitive, within a market range, negotiable

Job requirements:

• Own day-to-day operations: coordinate teams, track deliverables/KPIs, maintain project dashboards and deliverables.
• Turn ideas into step-by-step plans with timelines, stakeholders, and trackable success metrics.
• Support new launches:
• Research
• Vendor outreach
• Process setup
• First-run checklists / SOPs
• Prepare financial estimates and maintain other financial statements (monthly, weekly report included) reports (quotes, budgets, margins).
• Create SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and maintain team compliance, improve workflows, and remove possible blockers or bottlenecks.
• Communicate clearly with the founder and stakeholders; keep everyone aligned and on time.
• What you’ll bringExcellent English (spoken & written).
• You’re energetic, curious, and systems-minded; you love making order out of ambiguity.
• Proven ability to execute: ops, coordination, or project management experience (formal PM title not required).
• Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Sheets, and a PM tool (Notion/Trello/Asana/Jira).
• Ability to translate a goal into a clear, actionable plan and drive it to completion.
• Time-zone overlap: at least 4 hours with US time (PT/ET) from a LATAM location.

Nice to have: experience in services/operations (e.g., home improvement, field services), light analytics (Sheets/Excel), Spanish/Portuguese/Russian.
