We’re looking for a Strategy Lead with an intrapreneurial mindset — someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and the intent to build a practice domain or line of business. You’ll help our clients define their digital ambitions and translate them into a clear, actionable technology roadmap.

As part of our strategic team, you’ll work at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and technology, guiding organizations through digital transformation and turning abstract ideas into tangible results.

Your goals and mission

• Define and refine the digital vision and strategy of our clients.
• Design value propositions and explore future-oriented business models.
• Conduct customer journey and needs analyses to identify new opportunities.
• Translate insights into concrete service and product designs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (designers, developers, marketeers) to bring strategies to life.
• Iteratively validate assumptions and eliminate risk in our agile software development process.

Your profile

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Innovation, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in digital strategy, service or product design or business transformation
• Familiar with Design Thinking principles and frameworks like Business Model Canvas, Value Proposition Design, …
• A strategic thinker with a strong analytical mind and a passion for innovation.
• Entrepreneurial, result-driven and able to inspire colleagues and customers, even at C-level
• A strong communicator who can translate complex ideas into actionable plans.
