CISCO Collaboration/Telecom/mobile/Troubleshooting/UCCX

On behalf of our client in the public sector, we are seeking a Telecommunications Engineer specialized in Cisco Collaboration solutions. You will join a technical team managing a large-scale IP telephony ecosystem (+10,000 devices), covering diverse environments such as call centers, mobile users, and business services.

Tasks:

• Provide daily support and troubleshooting for Cisco Collaboration solutions
• Deploy, optimize, and maintain telephony systems
• Participate in technical projects alongside senior engineers
• Assist end-users and simplify technical concepts when needed

Required Technical Skills:

Cisco Collaboration: CUCM / IM&P / CUC / Expressway C-E

→ Administration, configuration (CSS, DP, HP, RP, CPG, etc.)

Contact Center: UCCX

→ Administration, configuration, basic scripting knowledge

• Monitoring & Troubleshooting: incident diagnosis, resolution, request handling

Profile:

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Cisco Collaboration environments
• Strong team player with the ability to communicate with non-technical profiles
• Service-oriented, detail-driven, and autonomous

Offer:
