DevOps Engineer – Digital Platform Engineering

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join a strategic and innovative program within the Engineering Unit of the TEC Division, supporting the evolution of the Digital Platform that powers our products. This role is focused on building, maintaining, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, containerized environments, and enterprise DevOps tools to enable faster, smarter, and more collaborative software delivery.

The selected professional will work directly with cross-functional product teams, ensuring seamless integration, secure deployments, and adherence to enterprise standards, while actively contributing to process automation and platform reliability.

Required Skills & Competences

• 5+ years of professional experience in DevOps or Platform Engineering.
• Strong expertise in CI/CD tools: Jenkins, Git (Bitbucket), Maven/Gradle, Nexus.
• Solid hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Helm, OpenShift).
• Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
• Knowledge of centralized logging and monitoring (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation (Python, Bash, ksh, Perl).

Desired Skills & Competences

• Experience with security and compliance integration (HashiCorp Vault, SonarQube, Veracode, Trivy, Syft).
• Familiarity with databases and messaging systems (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Kafka, Solace PubSub+).
• Previous experience working in Agile and hybrid DevOps environments.
• Knowledge of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket) and enterprise collaboration platforms (MS Teams, SharePoint).

Required Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical fields.

• Hybrid in Brussels
