Intro

We are looking for a Medior UX/UI Designer to strengthen a cross-functional team focused on digital product consistency and accessibility. You will be part of a structure that manages and evolves a mature atomic design system, used across internal and external digital applications. This role combines design system maintenance, UX/UI design, and data-driven user experience improvement.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and evolve the centralized design system.
• Design consistent and responsive interfaces for both mobile and web.
• Apply mobile-first design principles and WCAG accessibility standards.
• Set up and support usability tests and user validation sessions.
• Use analytics tools (e.g. Hotjar) to guide iterative UX improvements.
• Collaborate with analysts and developers in Agile squads.

Experience & Competences

Must-Haves

• 3+ years of UX/UI design experience.
• Hands-on with Figma and Hotjar.
• Deep knowledge of WCAG compliance and responsive design.
• Experience with maintaining design systems.
• Experience with the design of consistent interfaces for web
• Proven ability to support and conduct user testing.
• Analytical and requirement-gathering skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Native-level Dutch

• Experience in the energy sector.
• Familiarity with working in Agile environments.
