People Officer - Global - Supply Chain
We’re looking for a Global People Officer to join our Global Supply Chain People Team. You’ll be based in Leuven, Belgium, but your work will have global reach. What You’ll Do
- Act as the right hand to the manager: support in decision-making, priorities, and follow-up.
- Work heavily project-based: you’ll lead, co-ordinate, and deliver on various HR projects (onboarding/offboarding, benefits, engagement, contracts, etc.).
- Take responsibility for analyzing & reporting: gather HR data, create reports and dashboards, draw insights, prepare presentations to inform the manager and stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain key HR documentation: contracts, policy documents, templates, org charts, ensure accuracy & compliance; escalate more complex cases as needed.
- Engage with a broad set of stakeholders globally: internal teams, external partners, colleagues in different countries; adapt as you learn how HR works in different regional/legal settings.
- Prioritize, stay resilient, and manage ambiguity: multiple projects, changing needs, deadlines; you’ll need to know what to do next and when.
- Based in Leuven, Belgium, but with a global reach, exposure to how HR operates in many countries.
- Strong mix of operational & strategic work: you’ll do hands-on tasks AND contribute to planning & improvements.
- You’ll get support, especially on document drafting and legal/contract work. When things get complex, you’re part of the solution.
- Lots of variety: every day could bring a new type of project, different stakeholders, new challenges.
- You have strong analytical skills; you can handle data, build reports, and turn them into clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent communicator, both written & verbal; able to prepare solid presentations.
- Detail-oriented with contracts and policy documents; you care about accuracy and compliance.
- Proactive, resilient, able to prioritize under shifting demands.
- Comfortable working across different cultures / countries; willing to learn regional HR laws & practices.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
