People Officer - Global - Supply Chain

We’re looking for a Global People Officer to join our Global Supply Chain People Team. You’ll be based in Leuven, Belgium, but your work will have global reach. If you love diving into employee-lifecycle work and also helping shape strategy, this is made for you. What You’ll Do

  • Act as the right hand to the manager: support in decision-making, priorities, and follow-up.
  • Work heavily project-based: you’ll lead, co-ordinate, and deliver on various HR projects (onboarding/offboarding, benefits, engagement, contracts, etc.).
  • Take responsibility for analyzing & reporting: gather HR data, create reports and dashboards, draw insights, prepare presentations to inform the manager and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and maintain key HR documentation: contracts, policy documents, templates, org charts, ensure accuracy & compliance; escalate more complex cases as needed.
  • Engage with a broad set of stakeholders globally: internal teams, external partners, colleagues in different countries; adapt as you learn how HR works in different regional/legal settings.
  • Prioritize, stay resilient, and manage ambiguity: multiple projects, changing needs, deadlines; you’ll need to know what to do next and when.

Who You Are

  • You have strong analytical skills; you can handle data, build reports, and turn them into clear, actionable insights.
  • Excellent communicator, both written & verbal; able to prepare solid presentations.
  • Detail-oriented with contracts and policy documents; you care about accuracy and compliance.
  • Proactive, resilient, able to prioritize under shifting demands.
  • Comfortable working across different cultures / countries; willing to learn regional HR laws & practices.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
