Project Manager Consultant - Bruselas (Onsite)

We are looking for a Project Manager Consultant to join a strategic European Union project based in Brussels. We are seeking a professional with strong experience in training project management within the Learning & Development (L&D) area, combining analytical thinking, strategic vision, and excellent coordination and communication skills in multicultural environments.

• Project Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of training programs — from planning and preparation to execution, monitoring, and reporting.


• Training Program Supervision: Manage and coordinate programs focused on leadership skills, writing, languages, mentoring, and other corporate L&D areas.


• Resource and Budget Estimation: Provide accurate estimates of time, cost, and resources required for future training initiatives.


• Documentation Management: Maintain a well-organized and up-to-date repository of training materials using OpenText or equivalent tools, ensuring accessibility and compliance.


• Metrics and Reporting: Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program effectiveness, preparing periodic reports for senior management.


• Deviation Management: Anticipate potential deviations in schedules, costs, or resources and propose viable corrective actions.


• Policy Contribution: Contribute to the development of cross-functional policies and strategic L&D documentation.


• Tool Integration: Support the adoption of new learning technologies and e-learning platforms into training programs.

Experience and Skills:

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience.


• At least 2 years of proven experience in project management, preferably in the Learning & Development domain.


• Background in designing, implementing, and delivering training initiatives, including remote and e-learning programs.


• Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) for creation, deployment, and evaluation of training programs.


• Familiarity with project management tools (such as ServiceNow or similar).


• Experience with reporting tools (e.g., Qlik Sense or equivalent).

Valuable Assets:

• Experience using corporate e-learning tools.


• Knowledge of training needs analysis and design of tailored learning programs.

Onsite work in Brussels.

Daily rate: €400/day.

Permanent contract.
