We’re looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our team. If you're someone who enjoys solving problems and making sure everything runs smoothly, this could be the perfect fit.

As part of our support team, you’ll be the go-to person for helping our corporate customers with technical issues. You’ll troubleshoot incidents, handle service requests, and make sure our IT systems are running smoothly and without interruptions. You’ll also work closely with other teams and share your knowledge to help everyone stay on top of their game.

How you create impact

  • Take care of incident reports and service requests-analyze the issues, and fix them using the provided tools and processes.
  • Jump in during emergencies and escalate problems to the next level support when needed.
  • Share your knowledge within the team and help build our internal knowledge base.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams and Business Units in order to continuously improve services we provide to the customers.
  • Be adaptive to the latest technical trends and attend training sessions to keep your skills up-to-date.
  • Work in shifts (Monday to Friday, 9 AM–9 PM) with two possible time slots: 09:00–17:30 or 12:30–21:00.

What we would like you to bring

  • A degree in IT, Computer Science, or similar—or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Quick to learn and adapt to new tools and systems.
  • Confident in English (spoken and written).
  • Great at managing your time and staying organized.
  • A big bonus points if you’ve worked with databases like Oracle SQL or MySQL.
