Baltic Product Manager is a role dedicated to developing new products and drive products’ changes, participate in business growth initiatives as well overseeing products compliance to internal regulations.

Baltic Product Manager is a role dedicated to developing new products and drive products’ changes, participate in business growth initiatives as well overseeing products compliance to internal regulations.
How You Will Make an Impact:
- Developing new products and lending programs, driving changes in corporate lending related to ESG:
- Developing new products by understanding business/regulatory needs, product documentation update, introduction of changes to affected stakeholders
- Implementing and maintaining corporate lending programs in cooperation with other international institutions
- Incorporating ESG requirements in corporate lending area and driving needed changes arising from ESG related regulatory changes
- Participate and provide an input in initiatives/ projects related to corporate lending products on Baltic level
- Contribute to improving corporate lending product processes
- Support business growth initiatives
- Experience in implementing lending programs in cooperation with other financial institutions
- 3+ years' experience in managing corporate lending products
- General understanding of ESG risks and requirements in lending area
- Stakeholder and time management skills
- Thoroughness, accuracy and accountability
- Analytical thinking and ability to make decisions quickly
- Higher educational background in finance, banking or similar
- Fluent English and local language are required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
- Flexibility. Flexible working hours, Hybrid work, and the possibility to work from anywhere in the EU, Iceland, Switzerland, and the UK (in total 90 days per year)
