Our platform enables reliable and efficient sharing of critical information in areas without cell towers or fixed infrastructure, such as battlefield, remote, underground, underwater and space environments. The platform supports various devices and network technologies, integrating communication standards like DMR, Bluetooth, LoRa and IP networks. In the heart of the platform is our data synchronization protocol which ensures that nodes in the network can reliably receive data even with high packet losses and after extended downtimes.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join Wayren's growing team on our journey to deliver state-of-the-art communication solutions.   

What You’ll Do 

• Manage technical projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with company strategy. 
• Collaborate with internal teams and international partners for seamless delivery. 
• Drive process adherence and risk management while keeping stakeholders informed. 

Must-Haves 

• Experience in leading technical projects within a technology-driven environment. 
• Ability to engage partners in international projects. 
• Understanding of technology company processes. 
• Proven IT background (engineering, analysis, QA, or similar hands-on roles). 
• Skill in incorporating technology strategy into project execution. 

Nice-to-Haves 

• Knowledge of communications technology principles. 
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and modern PM tools.
