We are looking for a results-oriented and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team.

Your main task will be to increase Macta Beauty’s visibility and sales through email marketing, META advertising, visual content creation, and managing collaborations.

• Previous experience in digital marketing, advertising management, or e-commerce
• Fluent in Estonian and English, both written and spoken
• Analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions (experience with Google Analytics 4 preferred)
• Project management skills and strong time management abilities
• Excellent written communication and a creative approach to marketing content
• Confidence to take responsibility and see projects through to completion

• Experience in graphic design (Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Familiarity with various advertising platforms
• Knowledge of SEO and conversion rate optimization (CRO) fundamentals
• Experience with Magento or other e-commerce platforms
• Experience managing influencers or partnership collaborations
