What You’ll Do
- Manage and optimize the RDC (Retention/Drainage/Clarification) product portfolio in line with regional strategy
- Support pricing and profitability initiatives
- Collaborate with Sales, Planning, Production, Regulatory, and technical teams
- Assist in product launches, lifecycle management, and forecasting
- Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
- A minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in product management or technical/commercial roles gained in production environments
- Strong commercial/technical mindset and analytical ability
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
- 100% remote role with flexible travel
