What will I be doing?

As a Visual & Graphic Designer, you’ll support and contribute to the visual excellence of IQM’s marketing and digital presence. You’ll combine creativity with technical skills to deliver engaging, user-friendly designs that reflect our brand identity.

Graphic Design

  • Design and produce engaging visual content across digital and print formats including marketing materials, social media visuals, presentations, small animations, and website graphics.

Website Maintenance

  • Perform content update content (text, images, products) and site structure to align with marketing or business needs.

Collaboration

  • Partner with marketing, content, and product teams to align websites and marketing assets with company objectives.
  • Contribute creative ideas in brainstorming sessions to shape campaign visuals and ensure alignment with brand and market trends.
  • Optimize digital assets including ads, landing pages, and social media creatives for engagement and conversion.

What skills and experiences do I need?

  • 6 years of experience (or relevant projects) in visual and graphic design.
  • Experience working in the tech industry and has a genuine interest in technology and innovative products.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and Figma.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to have skills:

  • Experience editing and enhancing videos and photos for marketing or branding purposes.
  • Knowledge of CMS platforms like WordPress.
  • Video and photo editing skills using tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Lightroom.
  • Understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; familiarity with responsive design principles.
