Role: Fullstack Lead Developer

Expectations:

• Design, develop, and maintain fullstack applications, APIs, and analytical pipelines handling complex datasets

• Contribute to the creation of a next-generation B2B SaaS platform focused on scientific data analysis - ensuring scalability, reliability, and exceptional user experience

• Collaborate with product, design, and data science teams to deliver coherent and high-impact technical solutions

• Engage in product discovery, requirements gathering, testing, and iterative improvement

• Lead best practices for performance optimization, security, and architecture consistency

Requirements:

Skills:

• Frontend: ReactJS, TailwindCSS (or equivalent modern frameworks)

• Visualization: Plotly, D3.js, Observable, or similar libraries

• Backend: Node.js, Python (FastAPI, Airflow)

• Architecture: Experience with scalable, high-availability systems and complex data workflows

• Product mindset: Comfortable working closely with end users and contributing to product direction

• Databases & Infrastructure: PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, or similar technologies

• Cloud & DevOps: AWS/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines

• Experience in scientific, data-intensive, or analytics-driven environments

• Exposure to product design, UX, or A/B testing

Education & Experience:

• 5+ years leading fullstack or cross-functional development projects

• Strong technical leadership experience and a track record of delivering production-grade systems

• Fluent English communication skills, comfortable collaborating across technical and non-technical teams
