POSITION OVERVIEW
The Graphic Designer will be in charge of the development and final execution of worldwide print and digital assets, inclusive of visual graphic materials and other visual layouts. He/she will play a key role within the Global Creative Team working from concept to execution, ensuring consistency in design across all online and offline marketing channels.
The role will also support the Art Direction team in day-to-day activities, contributing to creative development, image selection, and post-production follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Art Directors and the Content Production Team to develop highly creative graphic solutions.
- Support the Art Direction team with daily tasks including image research, selection, and light post-production follow-up.
- Assist in coordinating retouching requests, cropping, resizing and preparing final files for delivery.
- Develop graphics and layouts, demonstrating a deep knowledge of the digital user journey.
- Physical and digital mock-up creation.
- Ensure excellence in execution in all print, digital, and visual merchandising graphics.
- Ensure consistency in design across all the online and offline marketing channels.
- Oversee brand guidelines and evolve them as needed, maintaining the creative direction and the brand constancy.
- Ensure a consistent, cohesive design language throughout all print, visual merchandising graphics, and digital materials/sites to ensure they meet overall objectives and brand strategy, within budget and timeframe, and adhering to brand guidelines.
- Keep up to date with design trends and maintain a keen interest in learning more.
- Work with other internal teams (locally and globally) to support their graphic design needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a design-related field.
- work experience in a creative print & digital graphic design position with background in graphic design within the luxury industry.
- Experience working with various cross-functional internal and external groups to deliver meaningful results on time in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, innovative and able to multi-task under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized; excellent time management skills.
- Able to incorporate feedback from multiple sources; open to feedback and willing to make changes to her/his own designs.
- Print production and Digital Production experience a must.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere), Keynote, PowerPoint, and motion-video editing.)
- 3D design, modeling, and 3D animation knowledge is a major plus.
- Research-oriented.
- A portfolio of previous design work to showcase experience and creativity.
- Fluent in French and English
