You Will Make An Impact In The Following Way

• You support and coach the organization, product development teams and product owners based on agile principles
• Act as a servant leader to the development teams
• Organize, moderate and conduct Scrum events and workshops
• Continuously improve processes and organization based on lean principles
• Responsible for the implementation of agile product development processes and ensure compliance at international development locations and with external partners
• Conduct employee training sessions regularly
• Synchronize with other Scrum Masters globally across technology platforms
  
  

What You Will Bring

• Education – Completed studies with a focus on computer science, business informatics or a comparable study
• Experience – Several years of experience in a Scrum Master or Agile Coach position managing embedded software development projects
• Knowledge – In Project Management is a benefit
• Personality – You demonstrate strong communication, independence and assertiveness, are characterized by flexible actions, and have experience in change management
• Willingness to travel – Occasionally internationally
• Languages – Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
