Responsibilities
- Analyse client requirements and develop practical, tailored IT/OT solutions.
- Work with Intune and Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM) to design modern workplace solutions.
- Ensure smooth system performance, provide 2nd and 3rd level support, and drive ongoing improvements.
- Maintain system documentation and actively share your expertise with the team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in IT & several years of professional experience
- Min 3 years of experience in IT/OT infrastructure and design.
- Knowledge of Powershell scripting, Citrix & Microsoft Configuration Manager.
- Expertise in Windows client operating systems and their security features.
- Strong skills in Active Directory/ Group Policies.
- English Fluent, German - B2 and above
