Job Description
- Administer and manage M365 environments
- Administer SAP and MES systems
- Provide support for Microsoft client/server systems
- Maintain and administer the company’s IT infrastructure
- Ensure system availability, performance, data backup, and security
- Install, configure, and monitor hardware and applications, including proactive troubleshooting
- Document system concepts, configurations, and processes in detail
- Perform error analysis and resolve technical issues
- Experience in administering M365 environments
- Experience with SAP (administrative tasks)
- Experience in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Windows Client administration
- Experience with server virtualization and data backup solutions
- Solid knowledge of networks and firewalls
- Familiarity with Linux server administration
- Fluent in English and German
