About The Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our team in Germany. The ideal candidate will manage various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and compliance with German labor laws. You will act as a trusted partner for both employees and management, supporting a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle the end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, employee engagement, and offboarding.
Support recruitment activities, including job postings, interview coordination, and offer management.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases in compliance with GDPR.
Advise employees and managers on HR policies, German labor law, and company procedures.
Collaborate with payroll and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
Manage performance reviews, training coordination, and employee development programs.
Support HR projects such as diversity initiatives, policy updates, and process improvements.
Coordinate with global HR teams for alignment on corporate HR programs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–5 years of HR experience, preferably within an international environment.
Strong knowledge of German labor law and HR best practices.
Proficiency in German and English (both written and verbal).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Experience with HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
Ability to work independently in a hybrid setup.
