The position, reporting to the Head of Talent Management for Europe, is designed to support the HR team in delivery of key HR tasks.

What You'll Do

  • Administer key HR processes such a purchase orders, invoicing, workday learning, tracking learning hours, administer training programmes, onboarding new vendors.
  • Tracking delivery of talent and performance management processes,
  • Support in the delivery of HR OKR's and collate key HR data to inform HR insights and strategies
  • Facilitate learning programmes as required
  • Participate in Talent projects
  • Get involved in HR/employee relations activities e.g. note taking in formal employee relations meetings

What Experience You Need

  • Strong focus on achieving goals
  • Exceptional interpersonal, service and communication skills, with the ability to quickly establish rapport
  • Some experience of working in HR ideal but not essential
  • Possess a good understanding of current employment law and HR best practice
  • Strong IT skills and experience of maintaining digital records
  • Experience of managing and interpreting data
