The Role
We are looking for detail-driven and proactive Product Managers to oversee the smooth running of our tour portfolio in the UK and across Europe. Play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency, supporting Tour Leaders in the field, and delivering memorable experiences for our guests. Pre-tour planning and training, real-time operational support, post-tour financial checks and continuous product improvement, you’ll be at the heart of keeping our tours successful, safe, and commercially viable.
Tour Planning
- Oversee a portfolio of tour series, ensuring quality delivery from start to finish.
- Contribute to product strategy by identifying strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for innovation across your tour portfolio.
- Take ownership of procurement for your portfolio, sourcing and contracting suppliers:
- Restaurants, Local guides and attractions, Transport providers (where applicable).
- Provide Tour Leaders with accurate, up-to-date operational information to ensure smooth, problem-free operation of tours.
- Support with product training for internal teams.
- Stay up to date with legal requirements and compliance across all of your destinations.
- Improve and refine tour operations, balancing creativity with commercial viability.
- Coordinate closely with suppliers and Tour Leaders to guarantee smooth logistics and unforgettable guest experiences.
- Build and nurture long-term supplier relationships that support our growth and service standards.
- Proactively launch and manage projects to improve efficiency across the product function.
During Tours
- Act as a point of support for Tour Leaders whilst your tours are running, assisting with emergency issues and problem resolution when needed.
Post Tours
- After tours are completed, check all tour accounts for accuracy, ensuring expenses stay within budget and that only pre-approved costs are submitted.
- Continuously review the tours you operate, ensuring we offer the best product, content, and price.
- Monitor Tour Leader feedback and client feedback to ensure product quality, taking swift action when needed.
- Track and improve the performance of optional experiences, driving additional sales and revenue.
The Person
- 2-3+ years of product operations, tour management, or travel product development experience.
- Experience working in one or more of; UK & Ireland, Italy and Germany is essential
- Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to support Tour Leaders under pressure.
- Financially astute, with experience managing budgets, expenses, and cost control.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate products, spot trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
- A passion for travel, cultural discovery, and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Comfortable working with suppliers, Tour Leaders, and cross-functional teams.
- Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Excel experience.
