Data Analyst - Finance Reporting & Insights - Global Tech

A great opportunity for an experienced Data Analyst to join a global technology company, supporting finance teams with reporting, automation, and data analytics initiatives.

You'll play a key role in driving process improvements, building scalable reports, and using data to deliver meaningful insights to business leaders.

The Offer

• Attractive Annual Salary up to €87,000 doe pro-rata
• 11-month contract with a possibility of extension - PAYE
• Paid weekly through us Principle HR
• Hybrid role - 3 days onsite - Dublin City

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with finance and business teams to gather requirements and deliver effective reporting solutions
• Design and optimise dashboards and analytics using Workday reporting and Prism Analytics
• Analyse datasets to identify trends, process gaps, and opportunities for automation
• Support testing, UAT, and change management activities related to analytics and reporting tools
• Work within an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver continuous improvements

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in a finance or enterprise environment
• Strong understanding of data modelling, reporting, and business requirements gathering
• Workday Pro Financial Reporting Services and/or Prism Analytics certifications (highly desirable)
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, or R (advantageous)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated ability to identify process gaps and propose improvements
