NABA seeks motivated individuals to join the Communication and PR unit as Art Direction and Graphic Design Intern. Candidates should have an open and reflective approach, strong interest in the creative arts, design, and contemporary cultural context. They will be expected to collaborate with colleagues and external bodies, supporting them in communication activities in the design and production of visual materials — both digital and printed — contributing to the consistency and enhancement of the NABA visual identity across different projects and channels.
During the internship, the intern will support the team in:
- Assisting in the design and development of materials consistent with NABA’s visual identity guidelines.
- Assisting in the creation of brand identity assets for internal and external communication, projects and events.
- Supporting the design and production of marketing, communication, and didactic materials, both online and offline.
- Assisting in coordination between internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Assisting in the coordination of the annual institutional merchandising production.
- Supporting the design and setup of exhibitions, fairs, and institutional events.
- Assisting in the production of editorial and visual materials related to communication and enrollment projects.
- Assisting in reviewing materials produced by Academic Departments to ensure alignment with NABA’s visual identity.
- Assisting in the development and adaptation of the annual institutional ADV campaign supports in line with strategic communication guidelines.
- Adobe Creative (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects – as a plus) and Office (Word, Excell, Power Point) Suites
- Tools for digital and print production
- Project coordination between creative, academic, and communication teams
- Brand identity management and visual storytelling
- Degree or ongoing studies in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related fields
- Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Office Suite
- Creativity, attention to detail, and visual sensitivity
- Strong team spirit and willingness to learn
- Good level of English (spoken and written)
- Full-time internship for 6 months
- Expense reimbursement €800 gross + ticket restaurant per month
- Workplace: Milan (Romolo MM2)
