Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full product lifecycle from strategy to execution for hospital medical devices.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive product adoption and revenue growth.

• Lead business development initiatives with hospitals and healthcare stakeholders.

• Participate in hospital tender processes, ensuring competitive positioning.

• Provide product expertise and support to the healthcare professionals.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience working with hospitals in the medical device sector.

• Proven experience in hospital tender participation.

• Strong understanding of minimally invasive procedures in cardiology, radiology, and oncology.

• Communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Results-oriented with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational execution.

• Fluency in Latvian and English.

• A medical degree is considered an advantage.
