We enable verified players to compete in PvP matches and receive automatic payouts via smart contracts — no gambling, no tokens, no speculation.
Our model is fully MiCA-aligned, non-custodial, and built on transparency, fairness, and regulatory compliance.
As we prepare for our CASP license application under MiCA (through the FCMC / Bank of Latvia), we are seeking an experienced Compliance Officer / MLRO to join our leadership team.
- Serve as the company’s Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) under Latvian AML/CFT law and MiCA framework.
- Maintain and continuously update AML/CFT, KYC, and risk management policies.
- Oversee ongoing due diligence and transaction monitoring systems integrated via Sumsub and blockchain analytics.
- Act as the primary point of contact with the Financial and Capital Market Commission (FCMC).
- Prepare and submit periodic AML/CFT reports, STRs, and internal compliance reports.
- Ensure compliance with MiCA, AMLD6, and related EU regulations.
- Support internal audits.
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in AML/Compliance (preferably in fintech, payments, or crypto).
- Strong understanding of MiCA, AMLD5/6, KYC/AML frameworks, and risk-based approaches.

- Ability to operate independently and liaise confidently with regulators.
- Full-time employment contract with competitive salary (€2,500–€3,500 gross / month).
- Flexible working hours and hybrid work model (Riga / remote).
- Opportunity to build compliance from the ground up in one of the first MiCA-compliant skill-based gaming platforms in the EU.
- Close collaboration with experienced legal & regulatory partners.
- Long-term growth potential.
