Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product and analytics teams to identify and solve problems through experimentation.
Monitor and validate data quality in running experiments.
Analyze experiment performance, visualize findings clearly, and communicate them to product teams and stakeholders.
Calculate and communicate key metrics (baseline conversion rates, sample sizes, MDE, confidence levels, statistical power) to product teams.
Conduct in-depth analyses to understand performance and suggest future improvements.
Required Qualifications:
Strong SQL skills and experience with large, complex datasets.
Experience with statistical analysis and tools like Excel, R, or Python.
Experience with statistical, quantitative, and qualitative analytical techniques, and frequentist statistics.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical audiences.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to develop innovative solutions and experience in digital analytics.
EU citizenship (due to projects)
