Background:

We are looking for a talented and passionate React.js Front-End Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for building scalable, maintainable, and high-performing front-end applications using React.js and related modern technologies.

In this role, you will:

• Build scalable, maintainable front-end applications using modern frameworks and best practices.
• Participate in system architecture and UI solution development, contributing to design decisions and implementation strategies.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, consistency, and adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with designers, analysts, architects, and the development team to design and implement new solutions, solve complex problems, and enhance existing features.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop modern, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces using React.js and supporting technologies.
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Integrate React components with RESTful APIs and back-end services.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, responsive design, and optimal performance.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure design feasibility and maintain design integrity.
• Debug and optimize existing applications for better usability and performance.
• Write clean, modular, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in design discussions, sprint planning, and architectural decisions.
• Stay informed on emerging front-end technologies and recommend improvements to processes or frameworks.

Candidate Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional front-end development experience with React.js and strong knowledge of Redux.js.
• Experience working with external UI libraries (e.g. Ant Design) and data analytics systems.
• Experience developing report exporting, custom charting solutions and printing functionalities.
• Proficiency in D3.js and Recharts for creating data visualizations.
• Knowledge of PDF generation and rendering solutions on the UI side.
• Prior experience in data visualization projects (charts, tables, or custom visualization solutions)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.
• Practicing disciplined software engineering (e.g. debugging, automated, testing, code reviews, document, writing clean and pragmatic code)
• Ability to work effectively in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• A growth mindset with a willingness to learn and adopt new technologies as needed.
• Proficiency in English is essential; fluency in Lithuanian would be considered a strong advantage.
