Join the CyberCare AI Labs team! We develop unique AI-powered solutions, including chatbots, ticket bots, and multilingual support systems from the ground up. Your contribution could make a big impact, shaping how we solve real-world problems for millions of users worldwide.

We are looking for a Mid-Level Backend Developer experienced in technologies such as Python, Go or .NET, who will be responsible for building and maintaining our backend infrastructure for AI products.

What You Will Do

  • Design and implement scalable backend systems
  • Develop and maintain APIs and microservices that facilitate communication between AI agents and other system components
  • Discuss, estimate, and plan key milestone deliverables with peers
  • Conduct continuous testing, research, and evaluation of user feedback and metrics
  • Play an active part in shaping the product, based on what's technically possible


What We Expect

  • 3+ years of experience building backend systems using languages such as Python, Go or .NET
  • Experience with modern backend frameworks such as FastAPI, Gin or ASP.NET Core
  • Strong understanding of microservices architecture and system design principles
  • Understanding of CI/CD, design patterns, and clean code
  • Previous experience building highly scalable, secure, and reliable systems from the ground up
  • Knowledge of SQL and databases, Docker, Kubernetes, messaging queues, key-value stores, logging, and monitoring solutions
  • Experience with chatbots, NLP, and ML is a big plus
