We're seeking a Digital Marketing Lead with excellent English skills to join our Marketing team in Vilnius, Lithuania. The ideal candidate is data-driven, strategic, and passionate about delivering measurable growth through digital channels. You’ll be responsible for leading initiatives across paid media, email marketing, website performance, and user experience. As a Digital Marketing Lead, you’ll collaborate closely with content, creative, and product teams to optimize campaigns, enhance the online experience, and drive customer acquisition and retention.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional digital marketing team, including specialists in paid media, email marketing, web management, and UX/UI.
- Set clear goals, priorities, and performance metrics for the team, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
- Oversee planning, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns across channels to drive growth and ROI.
- Collaborate with content, creative, and product teams to deliver cohesive and high-impact marketing initiatives.
- Monitor analytics and campaign performance, providing guidance and actionable insights to the team.
- Ensure consistent brand communication, user experience, and data-driven decision-making across all digital touchpoints.
- Manage budgets, tools, and resources effectively to maximize efficiency and results.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement within the digital team.
Requirements:
- Excellent command of English and strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven experience leading digital marketing teams or managing specialists across multiple channels (PPC, email, paid social, web, UX/UI).
- Deep understanding of digital marketing strategy, performance optimization, and analytics.
- Hands-on experience with key platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify insights, and drive data-informed decisions.
- Excellent project and time management skills — able to prioritize, delegate, and deliver under deadlines.
- Collaborative leadership style with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Passion for travel, nature, and outdoor experiences is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
