- A student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Comfortable working with Excel, Google Sheets, or data visualization tools
- Analytical, curious, and eager to learn about performance marketing
- Detail-oriented and able to draw insights from data
- Comfortable collaborating in a remote, fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English and Lithuanian languages (written and spoken)
