Bits of your job:

• Support marketing performance analysis across digital campaigns and platforms
• Assist in collecting and organizing data from multiple marketing sources
• Help prepare reports and dashboards to track KPIs and campaign effectiveness
• Participate in researching trends, competitors, and audience behavior
• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize strategies and drive insights
• Perform other assigned tasks related to marketing analysis

Key expectations:

• A student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Comfortable working with Excel, Google Sheets, or data visualization tools
• Analytical, curious, and eager to learn about performance marketing
• Detail-oriented and able to draw insights from data
• Comfortable collaborating in a remote, fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English and Lithuanian languages (written and spoken)
