Tadaweb is a pioneering technology company with roots in Luxembourg and a growing global presence, with offices in the United Kingdom, France, and the United States. For over 13 years, we’ve been on a mission to make the world a safer place by empowering analysts with the tools they need to access the right information at the right time. Our cutting-edge SaaS platform revolutionizes PAI and OSINT investigations, making them faster, smarter, and more effective, all while adhering to the highest ethical standards by relying solely on publicly available information and supporting our clients’ policies. Renowned for our “nothing is impossible” ethos, we prioritize trust, transparency, and innovation in everything we do.
The Role:
We’re looking for a Product Design Intern who is passionate about creating consistent, scalable, and user-friendly design solutions. This role offers the unique opportunity to learn how design systems are built and maintained- and to contribute to one that powers real-world products. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and product managers while gaining hands-on experience in design system management.
What you'll do:
- Learn the fundamentals of design systems- how they support scalable design and product consistency.
- Assist in maintaining and evolving our design system, ensuring components and patterns are up to date.
- Document updates to the design system and create clear usage guidelines.
- Audit product experiences to identify areas for design system alignment.
- Support the creation and refinement of UI components - mainly in Figma.
- Work closely with engineers to ensure design system components translate smoothly into code.
- Contribute to design reviews by presenting work, gathering feedback, and iterating.
- Stay curious—research best practices, accessibility standards, and new approaches to systematized design.
What you'll learn:
- How to build and maintain a living design system used across teams.
- Practical skills in component creation, documentation, and governance.
- The intersection between design and development, including how design tokens and coded components work.
- Industry best practices in UI/UX design, accessibility, and design tooling.
- Collaboration workflows in a cross-functional product team.
What we are looking for:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Familiarity with Figma.
- Curiosity about design systems, UI libraries, or component-based design.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency.
- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and iterate.
- Bonus: Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, React) or interest in design-to-code processes.
What We Offer:
- Mentorship from experienced product designers.
- Hands-on experience with real product design challenges.
- Exposure to the full product development lifecycle.
- Opportunity to leave a lasting impact by contributing to a scalable design foundation.
- The opportunity to work on meaningful projects that contribute to global safety and security
- A collaborative and innovative environment where your ideas matter
- Being part of a team that values the "nothing is impossible" mindset
- Working with leading organizations in security, defense, and intelligence sectors
- Competitive compensation and benefits package
- Professional development opportunities and continuous learning
- Flexible work arrangements
- International exposure with our global team across Luxembourg, Paris, London, and Washington DC
- The chance to advance technology that transforms how organizations use publicly available information
Location:
This position is available in our Belval, Luxembourg office, with hybrid options available.
How to Apply:
Please send your portfolio, resume, and a short note about why you’re excited about designing in the OSINT space. We’re excited to meet you.
