About Niche Nudge
Niche Nudge is a fast-growing, data-driven digital marketing agency founded in 2023. We specialize in tailored traffic acquisition strategies that help premium content creators and influencers grow their fanbases, boost engagement, and convert followers into paying subscribers.
What You’ll Do
- Strategy & Planning: Design and own end-to-end multi-channel traffic acquisition strategies (paid social, search, email, display, influencer partnerships) aligned with client KPIs.
- Campaign Management: Oversee six-figure media budgets, optimizing bids and placements for maximum ROI and scalable growth.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Leverage Google Analytics, Data Studio, Tableau, and proprietary dashboards to track performance, generate insights, and present clear, actionable reports to stakeholders.
- Testing & Optimization: Plan and execute split tests on creative, targeting, and bidding strategies to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with creative, content, and product teams to ensure campaigns are on-brand and on-message.
- Partner & Vendor Relations: Build and maintain relationships with ad networks, platform representatives, and media partners; negotiate rates and placements.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 4+ years in digital marketing, performance marketing, or traffic management roles with a proven track record of driving scalable traffic growth.
- Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, Exoclick, Traffic Stars, and other paid-media platforms.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to translate complex data into clear narratives. This is especially important being a mostly remote position.
- Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative mindset with hands-on experience in campaign analysis and data visualization tools.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to mentor and scale high-performing teams.
- Languages: Fluent in English; proficiency in Russian or Spanish is a plus.
- Mindset: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment and eager to roll up your sleeves.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the creator economy or influencer marketing.
- Familiarity with subscription-based, VIP engagement, and direct-to-consumer business models.
- Knowledge of marketing automation/CRM platforms.
- Hands-on experience with programmatic advertising and demand-side platforms (DSPs).
