Within the scope of its current activities and its incoming ones, INCERT is now recruiting a Cybersecurity Manager as a permanent position.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You will have to assume following responsibilities:
· Manage INCERT cybersecurity strategy and align it with the overall business and technology strategy;
· Design, review and improve robust cybersecurity architectures for any IT project that supports INCERT business and internal services;
· Be able to provide a complete understanding of INCERT information systems;
· Design, implement, execute, review and/or improve INCERT cybersecurity systems;
· Ensure an adequate conformity level of INCERT with regard to requirements defined in management system standards (e.g. ISO/IEC 27001, eIDAS);
· Define, implement, execute, review and/or improve in particular the following processes:
o Asset management, risk management;
o Vulnerability management, patch management;
o Incident and problem management, change and project management; and
o Business continuity and disaster recovery management.
· Define, review and improve INCERT policies, procedures and other documents;
· Manage and participate to projects supporting INCERT business and internal services;
· Ensure INCERT suppliers follow defined INCERT cybersecurity and operational requirements;
· Execute technical cybersecurity reviews and audits;
ABOUT YOU
Technical skills and education:
· Have at least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role
· Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, information systems or related field of study or equivalent work experience;
· Have a good understanding in Java/J2EE, API/web services and scripting languages; and
· Hold a security industry certification (but not limited to CISSP, SSCP, CISM, SANS GSEC, ECSA, ECSP, and Security+).
· Be fluent in French and English. Luxembourgish and German are considered as an asset.
Your personality:
· Proactive, polyvalent, autonomous and very well organized;
· Having a strong critical thinking and analytical skills;
· Able to solve issues and take decisions in a timely manner;
· Have good verbal and written communication skills; and
· Act collaboratively with a high sense of confidentiality and integrity.
