Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate several concurrent IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to manage all project phases — from environment setup to code deployment and delivery.
- Challenge and support development teams on timelines and deliverables while maintaining proactive engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
- Translate business needs into actionable project plans and oversee risk management, issue tracking, testing coordination, and infrastructure setup.
Key Qualifications
- 5–10 years of proven experience as an IT Project Manager.
- Strong technical background (engineering or equivalent) with a deep understanding of software development processes and testing environments.
- Confident communicator, able to challenge assumptions and drive accountability.
- Experience working with business stakeholders in a regulated financial environment (experience in the Luxembourg market is a strong plus).
- Assertive and resilient personality, capable of thriving in complex organizations.
Education & Certifications
- Master’s degree required.
