Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate several concurrent IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to manage all project phases — from environment setup to code deployment and delivery.
• Challenge and support development teams on timelines and deliverables while maintaining proactive engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
• Translate business needs into actionable project plans and oversee risk management, issue tracking, testing coordination, and infrastructure setup.

Key Qualifications

• 5–10 years of proven experience as an IT Project Manager.
• Strong technical background (engineering or equivalent) with a deep understanding of software development processes and testing environments.
• Confident communicator, able to challenge assumptions and drive accountability.
• Experience working with business stakeholders in a regulated financial environment (experience in the Luxembourg market is a strong plus).
• Assertive and resilient personality, capable of thriving in complex organizations.

Education & Certifications

• Master’s degree required.
