Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and apply domain expertise to translate complex business problems into analysis requirements
  • Work with stakeholders to define analytical approaches and construct use cases
  • Convert data to facilitate analysis through descriptive statistics, aggregations, and pivots
  • Create effective communications tailored to audience needs using data visualization and metrics dashboards
  • Proactively identify problems with significant business impact and facilitate analysis to identify opportunities
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand the value of analysis and derive actionable recommendations

  • Managing project timelines and deliverables effectively
  • Communicating complex analytical insights and business implications to stakeholders

This role will focus on analyzing customer purchase and engagement behaviors to generate actionable insights for products and programs. You will help increase customer engagement, sales and marketing efficiency through data-driven recommendations.

The position can be based in Amsterdam/London/Luxembourg/Barcelona and will work closely with scientists, statisticians and software engineers to tackle complex consumer analytics problems.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in tax, finance or a related analytical field
  • Experience in writing SQL queries and creating business intelligence reports using Tableau, Power BI
  • Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
  • Experience with Excel
  • Experience with SQL
  • Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA
