- Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.

- Strong expertise in Java 8 or higher, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Web Services (REST/SOAP).
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git, Maven, Jenkins, Docker, and modern IDEs such as Eclipse or IntelliJ.
- End-to-end project ownership — covering not just development, but also post–go-live maintenance and support.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies with proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer-facing communication skills with fluency in spoken and written English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure (deployment, repository management, and code reviews).
- Strong understanding of CI/CD practices, banking domain experience, and Agile frameworks.
- A true team player with experience working in large, corporate environments, while maintaining the ability to work independently when required.
- Excellent project coordination and time management abilities.
- Strong analytical mindset, capable of identifying key insights and summarizing findings effectively.
