Employee Relations Partner - HR

A global leading fashion retailer is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Partner to join its HR team in Amsterdam.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on employee relations matters including performance, conduct, and conflict resolution
• Lead and support internal investigations and ensure proper documentation
• Collaborate with legal and HR teams to ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
• Provide training and guidance to managers on ER topics
• Contribute to policy development and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Proven experience in employee relations or HR advisory roles
• Strong knowledge of European labor law
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
